I mentioned in Saturday’s Lego Jar post that I was able to go to the elementary school and see a performance that my son was involved in. He is in 2nd grade and gave up recess time to practice this. I made a video and have embedded it below. He is the boy with the blonde hair. He is on the far left to start.
I hope you enjoy it. Just be aware that the video was a bit shaky, so I did some editing to it. That has made it more blurry at times, but not as shaky. I was wrestling my two-year old son with one hand as I filmed this.
Seems wrestling a child with one hand and doing something with the other is a requirement of fatherhood.
Often I need to do something with both hands while doing something with both hands. Fatherhood involves a lot of juggling.
Very cool, Derek!
It was really fun to watch.
He gave up recess???
Yes, he did. I know that is quite the sacrifice for someone in 2nd grade.
